Hi, my name is Jeff Johnson, President of NewLook Realty Company. Thank you for visiting our site.  NewLook Realty Company was founded to provide personal, professional services to people who find their home has gone into foreclosure, buyers looking for their dream home, investors looking to add to their portfolio or achieve certain returns, and sellers looking to move on.

I have spent the last 15 years in different phases of real estate construction and development in the Sacramento area. As a graduate of the California State University, Sacramento Real Estate and Finance program, and the University of California, Davis Construction Management program, and being a licensed California Real Estate Broker and licensed California General Engineering and Building Contractor, I believe I am qualified to assist you with your real estate and construction needs.

In 1994, I co-founded WhyNot Community Housing Corporation, a non-profit community-based housing charity which allowed many first-time low-income housing buyers to realize their dream of home ownership. Assisting buyers with finding, funding, and rehabilitating their first home in economically disadvantaged neighborhoods was the primary mission of WhyNot.  WhyNot was also involved in the rehabilitation of the neighborhoods it served, and I can still drive through those neighborhoods today and see the results of our work.  WhyNot accomplished this with the help of other charitable partners such as the ARCO Foundation, Wells Fargo Foundation, US Bank Foundation, H.U.D. the United Way and many, many others.

In 2000, I co-founded West Coast Construction and Development, a firm dedicated to the construction and implementation of wireless telephone networks. We grew that firm from a small start-up, with regional customers like SureWest Wireless and Metro PCS, to a company with 12 employees that caters to large national customers like Verizon and Nextel.

But I missed residential real estate and helping people on a one-on-one basis. NewLook Realty Company was created to help people facing the nightmare of foreclosure get back on their feet, and assist first-time homeowners obtain financing they need to purchase their first home. We've since helped many families faced with foreclosure, first time buyers and many others with refinancing their homes, equity lines, the purchase and selling of real estate, and assisting investors in managing their properties, rehab projects, acquisitions and sales. Our established, experienced, qualified team also assists with personal or business tax issues; 1031 property exchanges and lease, buy or sell options; and land development issues.
